About Yuliia

I graduated from the Tchaikovsky National Music Academy of Ukraine in 2015, with a Master's degree. I love teaching as much as I love performing. All of my rich experience in the field of music coupled with working abroad, gives me a great opportunity to share that experience with audiences and enthusiastic learners from around the world. My goal in life is to help people with their music desires and to share my own experience with anyone who is interested in learning the violin. I want to be an example for people who have big dreams but yet, have some fears or doubts about the final results or are afraid to even start. I want to help students to overcome that fear and succeed in their desire to play that beautiful instrument! I am a very approachable and friendly tutor. I am patient and understanding and always build a personalized approach for each student that fulfills their needs. In my free time I enjoy reading a book, learn Life-coaching and take photos. Maybe someday it will become my second profession.

About the lesson

I use both Traditional and Untraditional (e.g. Suzuki) methods but the best result is achieved with the combination of both.
I teach a wide range of students with different goals.
Whether you are an absolute beginner or an advanced violin player, you will find the lessons fun, interesting and productive.
In my lessons, you can choose from various styles of violin to learn: classical, Irish folk, jazz and improvisation.
I strive to understand what areas of the subject my students are struggling with and then develop personalised strategies to help them overcome their difficulties.
I am sure you'll find the process of learning the violin interesting and I would like to help you with that regardless of age or experience.
Most of all, It will be fun!

Before the pandemic, I could not imagine that online violin lessons were possible and effective, but two years ago I tried to take violin lessons remotely with Yulia and it was my best decision. Yulia is a wonderful teacher and person, very friendly, and ready to help with any problem I face during the lesson. She is patient and willing to work together to reach the goal. To be honest, due to my busy schedule, I don’t have much time to practice, but nevertheless, I have results and I improve my skills. Yulia is very competent and can help everyone learn how to play their favorite melodies on the violin very easily.
