About Roman
My love affair with Spanish started as a student traveling through Latin America, where the language came alive through music, humor, and human connection. That experience sparked what would become an eight-year journey as a teacher dedicated to helping others discover the same beauty in communication. I believe the best teaching is rooted in understanding and empathy. Every student learns differently, and I tailor lessons to suit each individual’s pace and goals. My approach combines structure and creativity — I use real-life situations, cultural materials, and storytelling to make every class engaging. I aim to make students feel seen, capable, and inspired to keep improving. Outside of teaching, I stay immersed in Spanish through reading, travel, and writing. For me, teaching this language is a lifelong love — a bridge between cultures and hearts. Helping someone speak Spanish with confidence and pride is one of the greatest joys of my career.

My Spanish lessons are immersive, conversational, and full of life. I aim to create a classroom atmosphere that feels like stepping into the rhythm and warmth of the Spanish-speaking world. Lessons are interactive, with stories, songs, and real conversations forming the backbone of our learning. Grammar and vocabulary are integrated naturally, making communication feel effortless and authentic.
For beginners, we start with pronunciation, essential verbs, and conversational practice. Intermediate students dive into storytelling, tenses, and listening comprehension through films and articles. Advanced learners refine fluency, explore idiomatic expressions, and practice writing or speaking for academic or professional contexts. Each class adapts to student needs, ensuring progress feels smooth and motivating.
What I love most is seeing how Spanish unlocks confidence. Many students begin hesitant, worried about mistakes — but as they start to communicate freely, their joy is unmistakable. They begin thinking in Spanish, feeling at ease expressing themselves. This shift goes beyond language; it’s a change in mindset and courage. My mission is to help students reach that point — where speaking Spanish feels like sharing a piece of who they are, naturally and proudly.
