About Courtz
I have been studying voice for 15 years, and engaging in performance for 13 of them. My performance credits range from multiple opera roles to county fairs and the Whisky a Go-go in Hollywood. I studied music at CSU, Bakersfield and graduated Magna Cum Laude with Honors in 2017. I have also been vocal coaching for 9 years, and I have proficiency in teaching diction in 7 different languages, including all Romance languages. I also have experience in musical theater.

After discussing your individual goals and getting an idea of your range and unique voice, I assist you in choosing music to work on, taking into account skill level, voice type, and personal interest. I tailor each lesson around your goals for progression in vocal and performance techniques, music literacy, music theory comprehension, and diction fluency. I can work with most levels of students from beginning to advanced. I have experience in both classical and popular styles, and can prepare students for a wide variety of situations.
