About Json

Hey everyone, I’m an architecture student turned landscape architect who’s always been passionate about both design and fitness. While my full-time job keeps me creative, it doesn’t fully support me; and that’s where my love for fitness comes in. After 5 years of training and transforming myself from home workouts to hybrid performance, I decided to share what I’ve learned. I want to help others achieve the same ; not just building a body, but building confidence, discipline, and self-belief. That’s why I started personal training ; to turn my passion into something meaningful, to support myself, and to help you reach your best shape, physically and mentally.

I’ve been training and sculpting my body for almost five years, starting from simple home workouts and calisthenics before stepping into the gym and evolving into a hybrid athlete — combining strength and endurance training. Through these years, I’ve learned that fitness isn’t just about building muscle; it’s about building discipline, consistency, and confidence that carry over into every part of life.

My approach focuses on helping you train smarter — not just harder. Whether your goal is to gain muscle, improve stamina, or simply build a healthier lifestyle, I’ll guide you with personalized workouts, balanced nutrition strategies, and clear structure that fits your daily routine. I understand what it’s like to start from zero, and I’m here to make the process easier, motivating, and sustainable for you.

  • At what age did you start playing sport? Tell us about this time or moment in your life.

    I started getting into sports around the age of 10. Back then, I was a track and field athlete, competing in 100m and 200m sprints at my primary school. In secondary school, I represented my school and district in badminton, basketball, and track and field. Track and field was where I shined the most. My journey in serious training and building my physique began later, around 23, during the COVID period, starting with home workouts and calisthenics.
  • What are your favourite sports; those that you practice at a high level, a simple hobby, and a sport that you'd still like to discover?

    My favourite sport is badminton, though I never reached a high competitive level in any sport. I dedicate a lot of effort to bodybuilding and nutrition, not necessarily a sport, but it’s the foundation that supports any athletic pursuit. I’ve always enjoyed outdoor activities and keeping active, though gaming has been a guilty pleasure, even if a bit addictive. Sports I’d still love to try include rock climbing, tennis, freediving, rugby, golf, and cycling, basically anything I haven’t experienced yet haha
  • What gives you the motivation and passion to pursue your sport?

    For me, the motivation comes from self-improvement. I enjoy challenging myself, seeing progress in strength, skill, and endurance, and pushing beyond my limits. Sport is also a way to stay disciplined, build mental resilience, and feel physically alive, it’s like a balance to the digital and sedentary aspects of modern life.
  • Do you have a sporting achievement that you're particularly proud of?

    While I don’t have a standout trophy/medal, I’m proud of building a consistent fitness routine and transforming my physique from home workouts during COVID to structured strength training. That personal progress and discipline feel like an achievement in itself.
  • How have your achievements and challenges made you a better sportsperson?

    The challenges I’ve faced like starting serious training later in life, overcoming plateaus, and learning proper nutrition, have taught me delay gratification, patience, consistency, and how to set realistic goals. These experiences make me a better sportsperson because I understand the effort behind progress and can appreciate the journey, not just the result.
  • If you had to go for a jog with a famous athlete, who would you choose? And what questions would you ask them?

    I’d love to jog with someone like Usain Bolt. I’d ask him how he train for running like bolt, how he balances intense training with mental recovery, what mindset helped him overcome challenges, and how he stays motivated even when winning becomes routine. Also, I’d be curious about the small habits that made him extraordinary.
  • How do you help people stay motivated?

    I focus on helping people see progress in small steps, celebrate improvements, and understand that consistency matters more than perfection. I also share practical tips, realistic routines, and nutrition advice to make their goals achievable, while encouraging a mindset that enjoys the process rather than just chasing results.
  • What makes you a Superprof in sports?

    I combine personal experience with a passion for guiding others. I’ve trained myself from scratch, experimented with different approaches, and learned how to build sustainable habits. I understand what it takes to stay consistent, overcome mental and physical barriers, and help others reach their potential in fitness and sport.
