About Hanna

Since graduating from Harvard University (BA 2017, Joint Degree in Comparative Literature and Theatre), I have worked in a range of teaching and tutoring roles. I have experience from early years through to adult education, working in one-on-one and classroom settings. I have taught a range of subjects, including English, Maths, Drama, Exam Prep, Writing, and Literature, and have worked with ESL learners as well. As a graduate of Comparative Literature and Theatre, I have studied a range of topics and languages and I am a skilled writer and editor. My undergraduate thesis received a summa cum laude distinction and was published by two academic institutions. I have gone on to write English language-learning materials for teens and adults. My theatre training and experience as a workshop leader contributes to my teaching style - I aim to make learning fun and rewarding for all ages! I really enjoy working with learners of all ages - each age group poses different challenges and opportunities. I have a lot of experience as a childminder, nanny, and home tutor for young children, and am DBS certified.
