About Ebere

Hi! I’m Ebere Christian.

Sometimes the problem isn’t that you’re not capable of learning a subject, you simply haven’t had it explained in a way that makes sense to you yet. That belief is a big part of why I LOVE tutoring.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with students at different levels, helping them break down challenging topics and build the confidence to tackle problems independently.

My lessons are interactive and tailored for YOU.

I teach Secondary School, GCSE and A-Level students in Mathematics and Chemistry, whether you’re looking to strengthen your foundations, prepare for an examination, or simply stop feeling lost whenever a particular topic comes up.

I’m here to make Math and Chemistry feel less intimidating and to help you leave each lesson thinking, “Ohhh, now I get it.”

About the lesson

Ever sat in a Math or Chemistry class and thought, “What exactly are they doing?”

That’s where I come in.

Before we begin, I’ll get to know your level, your goals, and how you learn best.

Do you understand things better by watching, doing, discussing, or learning through examples? Once I understand how you learn, I adapt my teaching to your style.

I don’t believe in making you memorize steps you don’t understand. I break difficult concepts down into simple parts, using analogies, visual explanations, and plenty of practice. I explain not just what to do, but why it works.

My rule is simple:

«If I’ve taught it and you still don’t understand it, then I haven’t finished teaching it.»

Whether you’re currently thinking “I just want to pass” or you’re aiming for the highest grade possible, my lessons are tailored to your current level and goals.

A typical lesson is not just me talking while you take notes.

We’ll usually:

1. Identify the problem — What exactly don't you understand?

2. Break it down — I simplify the concept and build it back up step by step.

3. Make it click — We use examples, analogies and explanations that connect the topic to things you already understand.

4. Practice it together — We work through questions, gradually moving from guided examples to questions you can solve independently.

5. Check your understanding — I’ll ask you to explain or apply the concept yourself so we know you actually understand it.

Because my goal isn't just for you to get the answer during the lesson.

I want you to be able to get the answer yourself afterwards.

Lessons are typically 45 - 60 minutes, depending on your level, goals and the topic we're covered

I understand what it feels like when a subject simply doesn't make sense — and that’s exactly why I focus on making lessons clear, interactive and adapted to the individual student.
