I have more than 30 years of experience teaching Mandarin and believe that language is best learned through meaningful conversation in a supportive and encouraging environment. My lessons are personalised according to each student’s age, learning goals, and proficiency level, whether you are a beginner, looking to improve daily communication, or hoping to regain confidence in speaking Mandarin.
Lessons are conducted one-to-one online and typically last 60 minutes. I use an interactive and patient teaching approach, focusing on practical conversations, pronunciation, vocabulary building, and real-life communication skills. I welcome learners of all ages and levels, and I strive to make every lesson enjoyable, engaging, and tailored to each student’s needs and pace of learning.
