I’m an experienced technology professional with a background spanning IT leadership, product management, business consulting, and software solutions. Throughout my career, I’ve helped individuals and organizations use technology to solve problems, improve productivity, and work more efficiently.

I currently serve as Head of Commercial Products & Services at a technology consulting company, where I lead technology initiatives and work with teams to develop practical solutions to business challenges. My previous experience includes technology consulting, software product management, and working with organizations of all sizes.

I’ve spent much of my career bridging the gap between technology and the people who use it. I enjoy breaking down complicated concepts into straightforward, easy-to-understand explanations and helping others build confidence with technology.

Whether you’re learning Excel for a new job, brushing up on Microsoft Office, or simply trying to become more comfortable with computers, I bring patience, real-world experience, and a practical approach to teaching.
