About Maxime

I have a strong background in teaching languages, with 3 years of experience and have studied linguistics at UCT. I love learning languages myself, and can speak Afrikaans as well as some Japanese, so I know all the best tips and tricks for getting language to stick! I have history with teaching everyone from high school students to working professionals and enjoy matching my teaching style to my student's needs.

About the lesson

I can teach in English and je peux enseigner en Français aussi! I like to make lessons fun and informative and often use interesting cultural trivia to make things more memorable.

I assign fun homework like watching shows and movies or telling me about things you love suitable for learners just starting out as well as more experienced speakers!

My aim is to get you to a native level of comfort with English on the timeline that suits you best!
