About Nicholas
I am a practicing Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner and Life Coach. I started studying NLP when I was 14 years old and have been applying it to myself ever since. I am also a specialist in high performance coaching and relationship coaching, drawing on human needs psychology and other areas as well as having studied Psychology with the Open University with a focus on Sports and Cognitive Psychology.

These lessons are designed to enhance what you are already doing. Most of the people I work with are either struggling to absorb the content of their courses and need things to be put a different way, or they have completed their course but are struggling with real world applications.
Overall we'll start out by identifying where you are struggling and then help you through those issues. Along the way we'll also make use of coaching techniques, so you get some first hand experience of what can be achieved with the simplest techniques.
