As an occupational therapist and Allied Health team member, I have had the pleasure of working closely with Jessica for more than six month. Jessica has been working as a Health and Wellness Promoter delivering a great service in educating and assisting clients to increase their functional mobility and improve their quality of life.
Jessica has shown great dedication and passion and demonstrates great knowledge and practical skills working with service users. Jessica has shown passion and empathy, also applying a person centred approach and focusing on individual needs. I have experienced her good communication skills and collaborative effort. She shows resourcefulness, for example when delivering a part of a falls prevention presentation to staff. Jessica has a happy demeanour and enthusiastic attitude that is invaluable.
