About Clare
Hi. I am an experienced GCSE and A Level geography teacher. The exam board I currently teach is AQA for which I am also an examiner.
I have previously been the Head of Department in a successful secondary school. During this time the results for Geography improved year on year. I stepped aside to make more time for the teaching aspect. Within this I enjoy all aspects of my role including curriculum development but principally helping students to accomplish their goals. I keep up to date and fresh on case studies for GCSE and A Levels so I have a broad knowledge of real life examples coupled with a thorough understanding of how to help students achieve top grades.
I will tailor lessons for individual students including any additional education needs.
In my spare time I like being out with the dog, family and friends.
I look forward to helping your child boost their confidence and achieve their very best.
