About Isaiah
I have been working as a developer for 4 years now, a journey that has been both challenging and rewarding. I am a self-taught programmer, which has instilled in me a deep appreciation for the power of learning and the satisfaction of building something from the ground up. I find immense joy in seeing others grow in their own programming journeys, whether it’s a novice taking their first steps or a seasoned professional pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. It’s the collaborative spirit and the shared pursuit of knowledge that makes this field so captivating. While my formal education lies in psychology and philosophy, I find these disciplines provide a unique perspective on human interaction and problem-solving that ultimately enhances my coding abilities. The analytical skills honed through years of philosophical inquiry, coupled with the understanding of human behavior gleaned from my psychology degree, allow me to approach software development with a unique blend of logic and empathy. It’s not just about writing code, but about understanding the human needs and motivations that lie behind it. In essence, my degrees may not be directly applicable to the code I write, but they shape the way I think and approach the world, which in turn, informs my work as a developer.
