I hold an MSc in Computer Science and have eight years of experience teaching programming, software development, and algorithms. My approach emphasizes conceptual clarity, applied learning, and creative problem-solving. My Computer Science lessons begin with fundamental programming concepts, including data types, control structures, loops, and functions. Students immediately engage in hands-on exercises, applying concepts in small coding projects to reinforce understanding and develop problem-solving skills.
I integrate data structures and algorithms into lessons early on, explaining arrays, linked lists, stacks, queues, trees, sorting, and searching. Each concept is illustrated with real-world examples, such as game development, data processing, or automation, making abstract ideas tangible and applicable.
Debugging and optimization strategies are emphasized. Learners practice identifying errors, improving efficiency, and analyzing code systematically. I teach multiple approaches to problem-solving, fostering adaptability, logical reasoning, and algorithmic thinking in practical scenarios.
Project-based learning is central. Students build mini-projects such as web apps, automation scripts, or simple AI models. This ensures that concepts are immediately applied, reinforcing learning while preparing students for real-world programming tasks.
