About Sanja
Currently I hold the position of Teacher of Chemistry at The Mill Hill School, London where I have been teaching Chemistry since 2008.My first teaching position was at Finchley Catholic High School where I stayed for 3 years, teaching all three sciences up to GCSE and Chemistry at A-level. In 2008 I moved to Mill Hill School and over these 8 years the school has given me experience in a variety of aspects of independent education. My teaching is mainly focused on Chemistry from year 9 through to A-level, although occasionally I also teach GCSE Biology. Within the Chemistry Department, as have excellent presentation and ICT skills which I have demonstrated in presentation of the ski trip to parents and pupils; I am continuously developing new ideas that contribute towards innovative methods of teaching with the objective of making Chemistry curriculum more approachable for pupils to understand and adopt.part of our Teaching and Learning initiative, I have been responsible for preparation of a selection of differentiated resources which can be used by both teachers and pupils in and outside lessons; this included being in charge of Virtual learning environment. Additionally, I have been in charge of year 9 scheme of work and program of study for the new GCSE syllabus. I also have a number of experience of tutoring on one to one basis with some great results and outcome. On top of that I have been public exam examiner which has been helpful to me to understand where students lose marks and go wrong.
