1. With over a decade of managerial experience, I have developed a strong belief in the effectiveness of empowering individuals. This management (or teaching) approach, known as laissez-faire, has consistently delivered remarkable results for me by enabling individuals to find their own answers.
2. I prioritize practical experience, offering students abundant opportunities for hands-on learning. By equipping them with the skills needed to tackle real-world challenges after graduation, such as teamwork, conflict resolution, meeting deadlines, problem-solving, documenting findings, and multitasking, I aim to prepare them for success.
3. My teaching style revolves around giving my utmost to each student, adapting it based on the specific lesson. While some students thrive with complete freedom, others benefit from more guidance. I primarily engage in one-on-one instruction, establishing clear goals tailored to their expectations, considering their current language skills, and understanding their unique personalities.
4. I employ a highly adaptable teaching method that is continuously adjusted to suit the audience, the level of discipline in the classroom, and the complexity of the lesson. This flexible approach has consistently generated positive outcomes thus far.
5. My objective is to nurture critical thinking and creativity in the younger generation, equipping them with the essential skills to thrive in the job market. I am dedicated to better preparing my students for the challenges they will face in their future careers.
