About Laurel
I provide online tutoring that is proactive, relevant, individualized, systematic, and meaningful. I have a Masters of Art in Teaching degree along with additional specialized certification in Special Education to help students with Learning Disabilities. I bring passion and commitment to our tutoring sessions, along with respect and enthusiasm to tackle any setbacks. I am committed to help students learn and to instill a lifelong enthusiasm for learning and growing.

I take a hands-on approach with my students, quickly learning where they are struggling academically and how I can come alongside them and help them. I am energetic, passionate, and I care about my students. Additionally, I genuinely desire for all of my students to learn and to gain a sense of confidence and achievement. I am able to work with elementary-age students along with students who have a Learning Disability. I love looking for solutions and working together with my students and their families to reach our goals.
