I'm D.R Chanakya Bharadwaj, Strength Training & Calisthenics Coach with 10 years of training experience in body transformation, athletic conditioning, calisthenics and functional fitness.
Specialized in helping individuals improve strength, body composition, mobility, endurance and overall physical performance through structured and progressive training methods.
With experience in advanced calisthenics and street workout training, the coaching approach focuses not only on aesthetics, but also on real body control, movement quality, discipline and long-term fitness development.
