About Ardini

First and first, I am a very young person, and I believe that this is a positive aspect for me to be a more empathetic person toward my students, as I am aware that today is all about technology and we are surrounded by social media, which makes us feel alive at times. So, in addition, I am conscious of and have experienced those things as if I were one of them.

So, I understand that studying is difficult at times, and that studying might make us feel burdened. So, when it comes to online learning, I'll make sure that it doesn't become a reason for students to dislike education.

Yes, I completely agree that we need to relax and unwind from time to time in order to relieve tension, just as they like watching humorous videos on tiktok, scrolling through social media, and doing other things. So, while I understand that it is especially important for them, we must keep track of the time

. As a result, studying will be more enjoyable for them, and they will appreciate learning. As a result, I hope that all of my students welcome me and enjoy learning with me!

Teaching, it is accurately stated, is the one profession that creates all others. We live in the twenty-first century, and new teaching strategies are disrupting traditional teaching methods. First and foremost, I will give them a non-academic chat since they will feel bored when it comes to continuing their study learning, which is not beneficial for them because it will impair their study learning and divert their focus.

It is essential to give them a break from their studies in order to maintain their interest. So. I'll converse to them about non-academic topics like their careers, or perhaps I'll offer time by playing online games with them.

As a fact , Fifteen to 30 minutes is the “sweet spot”.
Courses should be as long as needed, even if they’re 90 minutes.
Shorter is always better. student can’t concentrate. Five minutes. Tops.

As my experienced as a facilitator and peer assisted learning , i would said that all the mentee having their focus only at 30 minutes .

The next topic is technology, which is one of the most successful methods for attracting students' attention, such as video and interactive boards. After all, visual stimulation is more likely to draw their attention.
