About Rich
I'm an experienced broadcast journalist and presenter with over nine years working across TV, radio and digital platforms. My career has involved writing scripts under pressure, speaking live on air and engaging diverse audiences — all of which have taught me the real-world skills needed to communicate clearly and confidently. I now bring that experience into my tutoring. Whether you're preparing for a presentation, job interview, audition or simply want to feel more confident when speaking, I offer practical, friendly coaching tailored to your goals. My lessons focus on vocal clarity, body language, confidence-building, and storytelling — all in a supportive and professional environment. I’ve worked with people of all ages and experience levels and understand how nerve-wracking public speaking can be. I’ll help you build confidence step by step, offering personalised feedback and tools you can use in any setting. You don’t need to be naturally confident to become a great communicator — you just need the right support.

My lessons focus on helping you become a confident, engaging communicator—whether you're preparing for a presentation, building on-camera skills or just want to feel more comfortable speaking in front of others. Each session is tailored to your goals. We’ll work on vocal delivery, body language, scriptwriting, improvisation and audience connection. I use real-world examples, practical exercises and constructive feedback to help you develop your own authentic style. Lessons are typically 60 minutes, but flexible depending on what you need. I create a relaxed, encouraging space where you can practise, make mistakes and grow your confidence. I bring over 9 years of experience as a presenter and broadcast journalist, having hosted live news, recorded features and appeared across TV, radio and social platforms. I also have experience coaching others—from beginners to professionals—on speaking clearly, connecting with audiences and performing under pressure. My sessions are ideal for students, professionals, performers or anyone looking to improve their public speaking or presentation skills, whether for school, work, media or personal growth.
