About Laurel
I studied Arabic at the University of Chicago, SOAS and Bard College. I lived in the Middle East for five years and traveled widely. In addition to teaching, I do writing and editing work. My approach is non-judgmental and supportive. I enjoy meeting new students and sharing my love for Arabic with them!
