About Virginia

I am a fully qualified Spanish teacher with 20 years of experience. I have taught in private and state schools in the UK and privately taking young people and adults from beginner to A-Level. My students have always reached and exceeded their potential in their national examinations.

About the lesson

I offer fun and interesting lessons for all levels. We will be using a variety of interactive and traditional resources to make your language learning a natural enjoyable process. I will email you in advance any resources we might need and I will also suggest further materials to support your learning. I will create plenty of opportunities for you to practise the language learnt. I will also provide gentle feedback in the lessons to help you improve and will always adjust to your pace and level.

Virginia is absolutely amazing!

My son decided in year 8 he wanted to take Spanish as a language option at a new school the following year. Within three months, Virginia assisted him in catching up the year 7 and 8 curriculum.
Expecting there to still be gaps, it came as a pleasant surprise that after the first term in year 9, he was one of the top performers in Spanish for his year group. A testament to the quality of Virginia’s tutoring.

She has a warm, professional approach. Is always timely and very organised. Online tutoring can always be a bit daunting, but Virginia made it work so well.

I strongly recommend her services.

Thanks Virginia.

Virginia has been my Spanish teacher for several years, and I would recommend her in a heartbeat! She is kind, patient and knowledgeable.
She is always happy to answer any questions I have regarding my assignments or any other topics that arise during my learning.
I also enjoy the variety in her classes. We use a textbook, while also doing other activities such as discussing movies.
Lastly, I love that she is from Argentina, allowing me to explore Spanish cultures and vocabulary from both South America and Spain.
