About Jan Briane
Hi there! I'm Jan Briane (JB) Astom, and I'm thrilled to have you here. I'm currently studying for an MSc in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Bath and have a strong foundation in Mathematics from The Open University. My professional journey includes working as a Research and Critical Care Nurse, as well as being a lead analyst for the Epic EHR deployment at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust.
I have a passion for teaching, having previously taught both piano and nursing. My greatest joy is seeing my students surpass me in their achievements. Together, let's explore the fascinating world of maths, statistics, and Python in a way that encourages discovery and celebrates learning from mistakes.
