Hi, I’m Tamika! I have almost three years of professional customer service experience, along with administration experience using Microsoft programs, MYOB and a range of computer systems. I enjoy helping people and explaining things in a simple, patient way. I want to help beginners feel more confident using computers and build practical skills they can use in everyday life, study or work.
