About Danny
Hello, I am Danny, a certified personalized trainer, with more than thirty-three years of experience in the fitness world. It will be a pleasure for me to accompany you in your physical conditioning process, through a feeding plan and an exercise routine according to the results of your evaluation, which will help you achieve your goals and needs in a sustainable and safe way, in addition to generating mental well-being and leading a healthier life.
