About Shimyu Manikkoth
I am a professional footballer and pro fitness trainer with extensive experience in football and strength and conditioning coaching. In my time I have worked with people from all age groups with varied personal goals. I have people who have joined me and my journey from all over the world. Workouts are curated exactly as per your present and past to make sure that your future is a healthy and happy one.
Apart from this I’m a graduate from KC college, Mumbai. Pursuing my further education in the fields of fitness and strength and conditioning
