About Julian
With 11 years of experience in ESL teaching, I have guided high school and college students towards achieving excellence in English through personalised, student-focused lessons. My approach combines structured grammar and vocabulary instruction with interactive speaking, reading, writing, and listening exercises, emphasising practical usage and real-life applications.
I take time to understand each student’s learning style, strengths, and challenges, creating lessons that are tailored, engaging, and effective. I am known for my ability to simplify complex concepts, build confidence, and foster motivation, ensuring students feel supported and encouraged throughout their learning journey.

I follow a C³P teaching methodology—Creativity, Communication, Compassion, and Problem-solving—to create an engaging ESL learning experience. Creativity is encouraged through storytelling, role-playing, and project-based exercises that inspire students to explore language confidently.
