About Arnetrice

I bring a combination of professional business experience, advanced education, and hands-on data analysis skills to my tutoring.

I hold a Master of Science in Information Systems Management and a Bachelor of Science in Management, along with a certificate in Applied Data Science from MIT Professional Education. Throughout my career in operations and business leadership, I have used Excel to analyze data, track performance, build reports, manage complex information, and support business decisions.

My experience goes beyond knowing Excel features. I understand how spreadsheets are actually used in the workplace, and I enjoy helping others develop skills they can apply with confidence in school, at work, or in their own projects.

I am patient, professional, and focused on meeting students at their current skill level. There are no bad questions when you are learning. My goal is to create a comfortable environment where students can ask questions, practice skills hands-on, and leave each lesson understanding more than when they arrived.

About the lesson

I teach Excel with a practical, hands-on approach focused on helping you understand not just what to click, but why and when to use different tools and formulas. I believe the best way to learn Excel is by working through realistic examples and solving problems together.

A typical lesson starts with identifying what you want to accomplish and your current comfort level with Excel. From there, we’ll work step by step through the skills you need, whether that means learning the basics, building formulas, organizing and cleaning data, using Power Query, creating PivotTables and charts, or improving an existing spreadsheet.

What sets me apart is my real-world business, operations, and data experience. I’ve used Excel professionally to analyze information, track performance, solve business problems, and support decision-making. I bring that practical perspective into each lesson and explain concepts in clear, everyday language.

My lessons are ideal for beginners and intermediate Excel users, including students, working professionals, job seekers, and anyone who wants to become more confident and efficient with spreadsheets. Whether you need help with a specific assignment or project or want to strengthen your overall Excel skills, I’ll tailor our lessons to your goals and learning pace.
