About Antony

Registered Associate Nutritionist with a Degree in Human Nutrition. I have experience of coaching individuals in healthy lifestyle and behaviour change. I am based in Bristol but can deliver coaching over the phone, online and 1:1. I truly believe that with the right help anyone can achieve their goals.

Rather than focus on specific diets, cutting things out and short term gains I encourage people to adopt long term behaviour change and diet/exercise modification. The hope is to put the diet mentality firmly in the past and move forward with a fresh and positive future.
