About Tiffany
I am a Certified Personal Trainer since 2018 and a Registered Kinesiologist. Graduating from Kinesiology at the University of Toronto with a 3.92/4.0 GPA plus 2.5 years of research, and countless experiences of working with clients, I am thrilled to share my expertise in Personal Training with you. I am well-versed in musculoskeletal anatomy, exercise biomechanics, and training principles, which inform my decision-making and program planning.
