About Andre
Hello, I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years now and have gained a lot of experience coaching both one to one and group sessions specialising in body weight workouts which means, no equipment is required.
Over the years I have instructed thousands of clients/gym users helping them to achieve their goals whether it being; weight loss, general fitness, toning and strength improvement.

The levels of fitness range from beginner to experienced.
I will offer demonstrations and oral explanations for all exercises and offer alternative exercises to for those anyone with mobility difficulty.
