I enjoy making a difference through engaging focused lessons - Maths tutor with Paul

Paul is an excellent teacher who is exceptionally creative, forward thinking and collaborative in the approach to his work. He has an excellent relationship with pupils, parents/carers and staff alike and was a core leading teacher when I was the Headteacher at The Weald later moving to the post of SENd Co-ordinator. Paul can sometimes lack self confidence in his own abilities and as such needs to be nurtured by the leadership of the school and then he flourishes and would be an asset to any school and definitely any supply teacher post. His lessons are vibrant, exciting, built on making learning come alive for the children and most of all he has high standards. I recommend Paul without hesitation for this post.

I worked with Paul for two years and found him to be an extremely competent teacher. He was especially good at motivating children to believe in themselves.
