Jan 2016 with NIIT Technology as System Engineer (Window, Exchange, office 365, cloud computing, VMware vSphere 5.5).
Project-1: Morris Communication (USA (Augusta), London, France).
Roles and responsibilities at Morris :
• Working on office 365 admin portal as global administrator for users & public folder migrations.
• Day to day work on ticket related to mailing, file server, account related issue, office365, Citrix, VMware etc.
• Implementing and Administering DHCP and DNS Servers.
• Troubleshooting issues that come on daily basis such as Servers, applications, outlook, Citrix user accounts, etc.
• Change implementation related to group policy, infra changes.
