About Elise

Hi! My name is Elise, and I am an English Language teacher from London, UK. I have experience working in British primary schools, libraries and language academies abroad. My educational background is in Art and Visual Culture and I am currently undertaking a post-graduate course to further my English teaching development.

About the lesson

My main focus is on improving communicative ability. Lessons are generally speaking-focused with in-depth language analysis, though if there is a specific skill you want to focus on (reading, writing, listening) this can be arranged!

I've taught young learners, teens and adults from A2 to C1.
I have experience in exam preparation (IELTS and Cambridge), so I can provide advice and tips on how to achieve your best possible grade.

My lessons include a variety of interactive tasks, authentic materials, games and conversation. It's important that classes are as fun and engaging as possible, while also setting you up to be confident speaking English naturally.
