My approach to teaching a student is first to understand that each student is unique in so many ways, namely, learning methods, experiences, cultural biases, mindset, and approach to learning apart from learning the language itself.
I like students who are keen and who have a proactive learning habit.
For this, I will advocate for active participation in lessons, encourage curiosity-driven questioning, and promote independent practice beyond the classroom. I believe in creating a supportive environment where mistakes are seen as opportunities to learn, and where students are motivated to take ownership of their progress. By integrating collaborative activities, reflective exercises, and personalized feedback, I aim to cultivate learners who are not only proficient in language but also confident, adaptable, and self-directed in their learning journey.
