About Aika
Over the past five years, I have gained valuable experience as a teacher. I have honed my skills in lesson planning, classroom management, and student assessment. I have developed a deep understanding of different teaching strategies and techniques to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities. I have also built strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
Throughout my teaching career, I have continuously sought professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and best practices. I have adapted to new technologies and resources to enhance my teaching methods and engage students in meaningful ways. I have also learned how to effectively communicate with students, parents, and administrators to ensure the success of my students and the overall school community.
Teaching is a profession that promotes continuous learning and growth. Teachers are constantly exposed to new ideas, perspectives, and challenges, which can be intellectually stimulating and personally fulfilling. This is one of the reason I teach.
I also love to have the opportunity to build strong relationships with my students, colleagues, and the broader community. These relationships can be incredibly rewarding and meaningful, creating a sense of belonging and connection.
Knowing that a teacher is contributing to the development and success of future generations, it is the most powerful motivation for me.

I teach my students in some creative and effective ways to help them love English and acquire the language:

These resources can help students improve their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in a fun and interactive way.
3. Real-World Context: Connecting language learning to real-life situations and contexts can help students see the practical relevance of their English skills. For example, using role plays, simulations, and project-based learning tasks can make learning English more meaningful and enjoyable.
4. Creative Writing and Storytelling: Encouraging students to write creatively and share their stories can improve their language skills and boost their confidence.
