My teaching method is very practical. Students will produce a variety of work, the genre and style depending on what they would like to improve. I will spend time going through their creative pieces and explaining areas of improvement, which will be followed by redrafting. This method is not only beneficial for academic purposes but also for those that aim to work in an editorial, copywriting or journalistic position.
