About Vanessa
Many years coaching and managing European business teams have provided me with the experience to listen and lead in their development. This gave me great satisfaction in not only meeting our business goals but providing my groups with appropriate career advancement, confidence and ability to succeed. I have coached school leavers and students in career opportunities and alternative options open to them. Listening is one of my greatest assets in mentoring and guiding accordingly. Strong communication skills are so important in these applications and is another major strength…combined with making learning fun and memorable too.
