About Liza
I hold an M.A. in English Language and Literature and have 10 years of experience teaching learners from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds. My academic training allows me to balance linguistic theory with practical application, helping students understand not just how English works, but how to use it effectively. My teaching philosophy emphasizes patience, adaptability, and encouragement. I take time to understand each learner’s strengths and challenges, shaping lessons that feel supportive and motivating. I believe confidence grows when students feel heard and respected. Outside of teaching, I stay engaged with literature, language research, and communication studies. Teaching English is deeply fulfilling because I see students grow into confident communicators. Supporting that transformation is the most meaningful part of my work.

My English lessons focus on helping learners use the language with clarity, confidence, and purpose in everyday, academic, and professional situations. I work on grammar accuracy, sentence structure, vocabulary growth, pronunciation, listening skills, and natural speaking flow. Lessons are designed to feel welcoming and structured, so students feel comfortable practicing without fear of mistakes. I use guided conversations, short readings, writing exercises, and real-life scenarios to make learning practical and engaging.
Each lesson is carefully adapted to the learner’s level and goals. Beginners focus on basic grammar rules, everyday vocabulary, sentence building, and pronunciation awareness. Intermediate learners develop fluency, improve accuracy, expand expressive range, and gain confidence in discussion. Advanced learners refine writing style, argument development, tone control, and professional communication skills. Continuous feedback and reflection help students progress steadily.
English lessons also support confidence and critical thinking. Learners become more comfortable expressing ideas and participating in conversations. My goal is to help students feel capable, clear, and confident using English in real-world situations.
