About Claude
Being in Terminale S, I have an academic level equivalent to B1 or B2 in English. In addition, I carried out many exchanges in English-speaking countries which allowed me to be more comfortable in this language. My approach would be to work on English conversation. In other words, imagine dialogues with different scenarios that would allow the student to learn vocabulary, to improve his grammar, while practicing oral!

My English lessons will mainly take the form of English conversation. That is to say that with each course, we will have a theme on which we will discuss in English. This will allow the student to progressively enrich his vocabulary, to respect the pronunciation of words, to perfect your grammar and to make the course interactive! In addition to this way of teaching, we will often work with audio or video supports. It is essential to work on oral comprehension, this is why I would often take audio recordings where the student will have to make a summary of what he heard and understood. This will allow him not only to check whether he has correctly understood what he heard, but also to work on his written expression. We will also often use the video medium, based on small series to watch in English with English subtitles. This will allow him to enrich his vocabulary, to learn to understand the language, and also to integrate English expressions and pronunciations well. At the end of each session, we will make a summary of the vocabulary seen, and he will have to learn it for the next session. It is important to be regular in your learning, this is why at the beginning of each session, I will make a small quick test on the vocabulary seen during the previous session. These tests will be online, in the form of a quiz or MCQ, always in a fun but serious way, to encourage the student to work this language.
