About Jason
Hi! I am a native English speaking TESL* Certified English teacher, with experience tutoring English one on one in academic and non academic settings.
In 2018 i received my TESL Diploma at the Okanagan College in British Columbia - Canada, and have since functioned as an one-on-one Tutor for the Adult Basic Education Program at the same.
I also served as an Academic Assistant for the Academic English Program at the University Of British Columbia, Canada. This was a role in which i lead class based lessons and offered tutoring to 30 ESL students, focusing on Academic writing and speaking.
I am also an enthusiastic language learner! Currently i am in my 4th year of study at the University of British Columbia Minoring in Spanish and completing my B.Sc major.
