About Millie
I am an English and Drama student at the University of Salford. I currently have the role of Ensemble Assistant working with The Lowry Theatre. I am responsible for supporting the well-being of the children and young people working on the Stage Directions project, alongside the creative process. I have experience working within a classroom setting. I have tutored both English and Drama.

From my experience of being dyslexic I discovered that lessons within schools often are not aimed to suit all specific needs of every person within the class. From this it motivated me to make sure that when I am teaching all pupils needs are met to the best of my ability. I am very flexible, so there is always room to change techniques if a pupil feels it doesn't suit them best.
