About Colleen
17 years of coaching experience with both competitive and recreational athletes, I also coach special needs athletes. Specialize in athletes and individuals who have developed mental blocks. Utilize various methodologies to help individuals see the best and create confidence within themselves. English nerd who loves to "help" others learn their grammar, and decidedly dedicated to proofreading everything!Trained competitive gymnasts at State and Regional Championship levels. Athletes from our training center have qualified for and competed successfully at National Championships, as well as gained full college scholarships. My goal is to help each athlete reach their potential, whether it's competitively or recreational.

If webcam lessons need to be cancelled please provide 2 hours notice. If lessons at the gymnastics training center need to be cancelled please provide 3 hours notice. We will require contact information for all clients in case of inclement weather and emergency cancellations. Holidays are excluded from training hours.
