About Elena

I started rhythmic gymnastics at the age of 5 and it captured me for the next 13 years. This unique sport gave me an opportunity to express myself through movement, while reaching my athletic goals and building a character. I won many medals, including a silver medal at the European Championship. After my retirement as a gymnast, I continued to pass my knowledge to a younger generation as a coach. In the UK I obtained the highest Level 3 Coaching Qualification.

About the lesson

Lessons are individually designed depending on clients' aims and can take place at a client's house or online. I work with different ages and abilities. Lessons would usually include a warm-up, conditioning, ballet (on request), apparatus handling (rope, hoop, ball, clubs, ribbon) and routine corrections (for competitive students).
