I firmly hold the belief that students often possess a wealth of knowledge surpassing that of their teachers. Their hunger and agility in adapting to new concepts and information are qualities that inspire me. This is why I refrain from assuming the traditional role of a teacher. Instead, I perceive myself as a facilitator of experiences, a source of guidance, and a wellspring of motivation – all essential elements a student seeks in their fellow guide.
In every class I conduct, I aim for dynamic and interactive sessions. These are opportunities for passionate discussions, for the sharing of my own experiences, and most importantly, for learning through active engagement. I approach teaching not as a one-sided lecture, but as a collaborative journey where we learn from each other.
Allow me to reiterate that I do not see myself as a conventional teacher, and therefore, I do not offer empty assurances of specific grades. What I do promise, however, is the acquisition of valuable knowledge. While grades may come and go, the understanding you cultivate holds a lasting significance. Rather than fixating on a race for marks, I encourage you to prioritize the authentic pursuit of mastering the subject of Chemistry. This philosophy encapsulates the core of my message.
