About Holly
I have always been a tuned to my higher self and higher way of thinking and understanding, however from previously going through a break down ( spiritual awakening) I have become very connect to the universe. From a young child I have learnt to truly be at one with who I am, my life and my ways. I have become well trained in meditation, wellbeing, positive thinking and mindsets as well as spirituality and the law of attraction. I have experienced psychic abilities and connections since a young age and with this as well as my life path I like to help people learn how to heal themselves through the “old ways” whatever might suit the person. I have had much success in helping people with low self esteem, life stresses, poor health ( mentally and physically) as well as teaching meditation techniques. I have also had previous experience working with animals and training them for films and t.v as well as the psychology. I believe this comes in to play with the gentle approach and genuine understanding of life circumstances and individual mental limitations.

I like to listen to the clients problems be that internal and external and see, with personality and learning type the best possible way to start the healing process. This will go by what the client is open to and their life understands and beliefs. Each journey is completely tailored to the individual client.
