~ Lesson Pack Policy:
Discounted 5-hour and 10-hour packs must be paid in full prior to scheduling the first official session.

~ Cancellation Policy: I require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full hourly rate.

~ Materials Policy: The hourly rate includes customized digital worksheets and feedback via email. It does not cover the cost of external physical textbooks or specific software licenses if required by your school curriculum.
