A teacher is rarely both gifted and utterly passionate about their craft. Ellie's ability to bestow her skills onto tutees in a dignified yet engaging manner is always inspiring. From the basics of music theory to the abstract complexities, with such an encompassing past of practice, Ellie can help you digest otherwise challenging topics.
While primarily a contributing singer to Carnegie Hall, Ellie is also one of the most knowledgeable people in contemporary theatre. Performing on the side, she is pursuing her musical theatre and education degrees to refine her already brilliant skills further.

I am writing this to express my pleasure with Ellie as a teacher. She is absolutely fantastic in her teachings. I love the way she breaks down difficult sections into smaller portions in a way that allows me to truly get a grasp and finally understand.
Ellie picks up on crucial musical items that many tend to gloss over, such as motifs or dynamics, that I would never notice without her keen ear. I can now read music with ease due to our sessions. She is all around a wonderful person and I highly recommend her as a music theory teacher.
