I a performance coach who holds a master’s degree in sports performance, a bachelor’s degree in sports and exercise science and is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. I have more than five years’ experience working with amateurs to elite level athletes all around the globe, who have gone on to win regional, national and world titles.
