About Adele
With 12 years of ESL teaching experience, I am committed to helping students succeed in English. I teach high school and college students and focus on making learning easy and effective. I have worked with around 150 to 200 students, which has helped me become a flexible and understanding teacher.
A major milestone in my career has been helping students overcome their fear of speaking English and communicate with confidence. Many of my students have improved their performance in exams and real-life situations. My classes include clear explanations, interactive activities, and practical learning.
I create a positive and friendly environment where students feel comfortable. Teaching English is my passion, and I aim to make a meaningful difference in every student’s journey.

I follow a learner-centered ESL teaching methodology that focuses on real-world communication and continuous improvement. I use real-life examples and case studies to make lessons meaningful and easy to relate to everyday situations such as conversations, presentations, and professional communication.
This helps students apply what they learn more effectively. I place strong importance on motivation by encouraging students, recognizing their progress, and helping them build confidence throughout their learning journey. I include problem-solving activities such as role-plays, discussions, debates, and real-life scenarios that improve both communication and critical thinking skills.
I believe in teaching with integrity, so I provide honest feedback and clear explanations to guide students properly. I also use a flexible teaching style, adjusting lessons based on each student’s needs, learning style, and goals. Along with ESL, I teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and writing to support complete language growth.
